Part-Time Sales Representative

AZ Pool Advisor is looking for motivated and personable Sales Representatives to help us connect with local pool service and repair companies throughout Arizona.

This is a part-time sales position focused on introducing local businesses to AZ Pool Advisor and explaining how our platform can help them reach Arizona homeowners. Representatives will contact business owners, introduce our advertising and marketing services, answer basic questions, and help interested companies get started.

What You’ll Do

• Contact local pool service, repair, cleaning, remodeling, and related businesses
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Introduce AZ Pool Advisor and explain our advertising opportunities
• Explain our business listings, homeowner lead opportunities, magazine exposure, and other marketing services
• Follow up with interested businesses
• Maintain notes and sales activity using our online sales portal
• Help businesses select the services that make sense for them

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are comfortable talking with small-business owners and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone. Previous sales experience is helpful, but we are also interested in people with strong communication skills who are willing to learn.

You should be self-motivated, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate professionally with local business owners.

Schedule

This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule. Most sales activity takes place during normal business hours when business owners are available.

Commission Position

We pay 100% commission on your customer’s first payment. Earn $50 for every customer who converts after their 30-day free trial on our Standard Listing, and earn $150 when a customer signs up directly for a Featured Listing. Reps who reach our goal of 35 Standard Listing customers per month earn $1,750 or more — with the opportunity to earn more as they grow their sales.

Recurring Commissions

We also offer additional recurring commission opportunities that can continue generating income from the customers you bring to AZ Pool Advisor. Ask us about our recurring commission program during your interview.
