Most lawn and pool jobs pay you to show up. This one pays you to get good.

We start you based on skill while you learn. Once you can run a route on your own — mow, edge, blow, skim, vacuum, balance chemicals — you’re at $20+. Best techs on the team hit continue to get pay increases. That’s not a ceiling, that’s where the average good one lands in a few months.

This job is NOT for you if:

• You want to sit inside. This is 100% outdoors, in Arizona heat, every shift.
• You need someone to check on you all day. Once trained, you run your route alone.
• You’ve bailed on jobs before because they got hard, hot, or boring. This is all three sometimes.
• You can’t pass a background check or don’t have a valid driver’s license. Hard stops, no exceptions.

This job IS for you if:

• You want to get paid more for getting better, not for showing up longer.
• You’d rather be outside working with your hands than sitting in an office.
• You’re reliable enough that a customer’s yard and pool are safe in your hands, unsupervised.

What you’ll actually do:
Mow/edge/trim/blow lawns to spec. Skim, vacuum, brush pools, empty baskets, test and balance chemicals. Drive the company vehicle. Report equipment issues before they become expensive ones. Leave every property looking better than you found it.

What it takes:
Valid driver’s license. Clean-enough background check. Able to lift ~50 lbs and be on your feet, bending and kneeling, in the heat. Show up on time. That’s it — everything else, we teach.

Pay: $16–$28/hr, part-time. biweekly. Raises tied to skill, not tenure — get good fast, get paid fast.
